During the unveiling of RaceRoom’s ‘Summer Campaign’ promotional event, Swedish-based developer KW Studios has revealed the release date of the sim’s next major content drop.
On the 24th of September, ‘new tracks, cars and features‘ will be released for the free-to-play sim, with KW previously stating the game’s next major update would include Hypercars.
Although not confirmed for release in the next update, RaceRoom has formally teased the Lamborghini SC63, Porsche 963 and BMW M Hybrid V8 Hypercars, with KW Studios’ Christian Wacker-Baur intimating that an unnamed fourth LMDh car is also in the works.
Additionally, a fifth Hypercar is in the early stages of negotiation with an unknown licensee, with work continuing in the background on the sim’s ranked multiplayer system. Could September also see this finally come to fruition and help boost the sim’s online presence further?
