RaceRoom to add ‘Race of Champions’ inspired competitive circuit

Originally to see the season’s quickest rally driver, before expanding to cover all disciplines, the Race of Champions is a unique motorsport event that sees competitors face off on a side-by-side circuit in a knockout format.

This year’s event will be held next month in Australia. While RaceRoom is not the platform used by the official esports companion event, the free-to-enter platform has created a venue inspired by the competition.

Twin Forest (no, not Deep Forest Raceway…) is a fresh, original, track with two lanes and a crossover point.

The developers claim it is “designed for intense 1v1 battles”, presumably it is available for multiplayer use too.

From the single teaser image, it looks to be themed like an outdoor, full-size race track, with barriers, tyre walls, grass and gravel traps – as opposed to the stadium look the RoC runs with.

Further information about this, Porsche Carrera Cup North America paint schemes and an updated Macau Guia circuit will be unveiled on 26th February.
