Upcoming simulation driving game, Project Motor Racing, will mark its appearance at Europe’s premier gaming event with a 24 Hours of Le Mans-winning car.
The 2002 Audi R8, driven by Frank Biela, Tom Kristensen and Emanuele Pirro, will be transported to the GIANTS Software stand (the game’s publisher) in Cologne – straight from the car manufacturer’s heritage fleet.

Sitting on Stand B061, inside Koelnmesse’s Hall 6, between 20th and 24th August, the model marked the third straight victory at the day-long race for the Ingolstadt brand. It’s expected to be alongside a suite of sim rigs, all outfitted with Project Motor Racing to test before its launch.
It has not yet been confirmed which content will be playable at the show, or if there will be further announcements on the run-up to its 25th November release.
Traxion will be at Gamescom to report back on PMR and plenty of other sim racing and racing video game news.
