Pre-order bonuses, soundtrack and editions detailed for RiMS Racing

As part of the 2021 Nacon Connect presentation, more details emerged for the upcoming motorcycle simulation, RiMS Racing.

There are 15 tracks in the game, a mixture of circuits and roads, but if you pre-order the game, you also receive the Bahrain International Circuit too. There will also be 48-hour early access if you decide to pre-order the digital Deluxe and Ultimate Editions versions of the game.

Speaking of the various editions, there are in fact two Deluxe Editions. One for ‘European Manufacturers’ and one for ‘Japanese Manufacturers’.

The European Manufacturers Deluxe Edition includes:

  • ”The Bloody Beetroots Specials” DLC (1 livery and 1 suit)
  • The Career Pro Starter Pack
  • The ”European Manufacturers” pack, which includes 3 rider suits, 2 liveries and 76 Performance parts for Aprilia, BMW, Ducati and MV Agusta motorcycles.

While the Japanese Manufacturers Deluxe Edition includes:

  • ”The Bloody Beetroots Specials” DLC (1 livery and 1 suit)
  • The Career Pro Starter Pack
  • The ”Japanese Manufacturers” pack, which includes 3 rider suits, 4 liveries and 76 Performance parts for Honda, Kawasaki, Yamaha and Suzuki motorcycles.

The Ultimate Edition includes everything from both Deluxe Editions plus an additional Nolan X-Lite helmet.

The game will retail for £44.99/$49.99, with the European/Japanese Deluxe Editions going for £52.99/$64.99 and the Ultimate Edition costing £64.99/$79.99.

During the presentation, it was revealed that masked EDM maestros The Bloody Beetroots will be providing the in-game soundtrack, including a brand new and exclusive song entitled Ezekiel. You can hear the tub-thumping banger in the trailer.

Gameplay has also been recently released of the Suzuka track in action – something we were able to try during our hands-on preview.

RiMS Racing releases 19th August 2021 in Europe and 24th August 2021 in the Americas. Knock two days off those dates for the pre-order access. It will be available for PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series, Nintendo Switch and PC – we’ll have more information as it nears release.
