PACER coming to Xbox One

PACER, the anti-gravity combat racing game, will be launching on the Xbox platform 9th March 2021. This is a slightly delay, with 11th February supposed to be the original date, but an extra four weeks has been added to the release schedule.

“Some last-minute opportunities have been confirmed to better position the launch for everyone,” confirmed developer R8 Games via Twitter.

We’ll just have to find out exactly what that means in March. PACER launched in October 2020 for PC and PlayStation 4, having originally been titled Formula Fusion. In the early stages of development, the funding for the game came from a Kickstarter campaign and through Steam Early Access.

Now complete and in the wild, Xbox One owners will finally get the chance to play this fun addition to the racing genre very soon. Of course, Xbox Series owners will be able to play the game too via backwards compatibility.

Will you be picking up PACER on Xbox One next month? Have you been enjoying it on PC or PS4 recently? We’d love to hear your thoughts in the comments below.
