Another new racing title is on the way to Steam in Early Access next month. On 8th August, New Star GP from New Star Games is set to pre-launch another new retro-style racer into the racing game sphere. The team behind the open-wheel racer also had plans to bring the title to console platforms later in the year.
It’s not only retro in the way its styled, but the arcade motorsports title says it will take players through the 1980s and 1990s in the Early Access version alone, taking on familiar tracks like Brisbane, Quebec and Côte D’Azur, the latter of the trio having been showcased in the new Gameplay Highlights trailer.
This game will include racing for a single player or groups of up to three other friends for multiple different modes. Modes included are Championship Mode, Career Mode, and Split Screen mode.

Releases of the title on the PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch and Xbox One are expected by the end of the year, but for now, players can experience this through the Steam store starting on 8th August.
No price, if there is any, has been unveiled, and the full release date is still to be determined as well.
