A new iRacing series backed by Motorsport UK is set to kick off in December, featuring the Ray FF1600 single-seater at several of the UK’s best tracks.
The action won’t be limited to Blighty, however, thanks to guest appearances from Zolder and Sachsenring, with all the action presented in association with sim racing equipment behemoth Thrustmaster.
The 12-week series begins on the 3rd of December to coincide with iRacing’s 2025 Season 1
Commencement, offering 20-minute sprint races every hour until its conclusion, with the UK’s four-wheeled governing body allowing entry to iRacers with a D class road racing licence.
“The launch of this new series signifies a step forward for Motorsport UK Esports and places it firmly on the sim racing industry map. I hope that the variety of circuits and number of races being offered will encourage even more drivers to have a go,” said Paul Crawford, Head of Esports, Motorsport UK
The series is free to enter for all iRacing members, although additional purchases may be required for any of the tracks that aren’t currently iRacing base content.
A Motorsport UK Esports membership provides exclusive discounts on equipment, set-ups, and coaching and grants early access to future Motorsport UK community events.
