NASCAR Heat Mobile adds 2021 Cup Series Roster

Justin Melillo

Great news for those of us playing NASCAR Heat Mobile. As of Thursday, the 2021 NASCAR Cup Series roster is now part of the program, with over 60 new liveries added to the game.

43 drivers are a part of the 2021 content section added to the game. You can opt to play as one of those drivers by spending the in-game currency of cash or gold. If you don’t have enough, there are some deals to spend a buck to make a few in-game bucks, if you catch my drift. The Chevrolet Camaro specifically has also been updated to the ZL1 1LE body specification.

All 36 chartered teams are included with their full-time driver behind the virtual wheel. The only full-time car that’s not chartered, Ryan Preece, is also included. There are six other part time rides included, drivers such as Austin Cindric, Ty Dillon, Kaz Grala, Timmy Hill and David Ragan, all of which attempted the 2021 Daytona 500.

Noah Gragson also attempted and failed to make the 500 this year for Beard Motorsports. His ride is in there, but the game still has Brendan Gaughan listed as the driver of the 62. Otherwise, everything else is pretty much spot on in this update as far as paints are concerned.

There are no new tracks, however, so maybe later down the road we’ll see places like COTA, Road America and Nashville join the map.

The 2019 cars are also on their way out due to this update. The content is scheduled to be removed from the in-game store after 4th August, so now is your last chance to get your hands on the Paul Menard No. 21 ride from that season, or I guess any of the other content from that season that was included.

Prices have been dropped by up to 50% for this clearance sale. Once it’s gone, there’s no getting it back.

If you don’t already have NASCAR Heat Mobile, just go download it. It’s a free game to own, just watch out for in-game purchases unless you want to advance through quickly. Unlike many mobile racers, this one actually lets you race, so whip out your Android or Apple device and get to racing!
