Nacon Connect 2026 postponed to May amid financial challenges

It’s been a turbulent period for Nacon. Following financial challenges at its parent company BigBen Interactive, the French publisher has temporarily stopped trading publicly and filed for insolvency last week.

The company was due to showcase its latest games and hardware at its annual ‘Nacon Connect’ presentation this week on 4^th March.  

Now, the publisher has made a “strategic decision” to postpone the 2026 edition of its annual games showcase until date in May to ensure its “future announcements have the impact they deserve.” An exact date for the rescheduled show has yet to be announced.

The publisher says it is “choosing to focus our resources on upcoming releases and the development of our current games” and is “confident we’ll get through this.” Despite the situation, the publisher’s unannounced games “remain on track.”

“You may have seen reports about Nacon’s financial situation,” the company wrote in a statement shared on social media, addressing the situation. It’s true: this is a difficult moment for us, and we want to address it directly.

“Yes, things are challenging. No, this is not the end.

“We’ve decided to postpone Nacon Connect to work even harder on the launch of upcoming games and unveil the new games once our situation is stablised.

“What hasn’t changed: our announced releases remain on track, and we still have many projects in development.

“We’re confident we’ll get through this, and we look forward to bringing Nacon Connect back as soon as we can – to focus on what matters most: our games and accessories.

Thank you for your continued support.”

Endurance Motor Racing and Test Drive Unlimited Solar Crown were originally confirmed to feature in the next Nacon Connect. The publisher reacquired rights to the WRC game license, with the next entry expected in 2027. It is also expected to publish the next MXGP entry this year.

Nacon also published Rennsport on consoles last year, but the publishing deal has since terminated amid the company’s ongoing financial difficulties.
