The popular mobile racing game CSR Racing 2 dropped some news on Wednesday with the announcement of an upcoming “Europe Series” featuring new content. Starting 12th August and through 29th October, mobile racing fans will have the opportunity to unlock some prestigious cars while participating across select European venues in the handheld drag racing game.

The Europe Series follows in the same footsteps as the recent American Road Trip Series, but this will challenge players to race on tracks across Europe instead of in America with European-flavored prizes. By participating in the challenge series, players will get a BMW M4 Coupe (G82) “M Performance” during the first of 11 events that will take place at three racing locations in Europe.

A Pagani Huayra R is on the table to unlock for the first time in CSR2 as well, but there’s also a famous Formula 1 car that’s up for grabs. In the Nürburgring finale, the officially licensed Mercedes-AMG F1 W11 EQ Performance driven by Lewis Hamilton can be yours if the last challenge is completed.

“For the first time in CSR2 history, we are bringing an F1 car to our game that not only celebrates one of the world’s most iconic racing cars, but also lets players experience the power and performance of this car in-game,” said Julian Widdows, Vice President and Head of Racing at NaturalMotion, the Zynga studio behind CSR2.

NASCAR was introduced to CSR Racing 2 during the American Road Trip Series last August, so now two powerful motorsport entities are included among the more than 50 officially licensed vehicles in the game including Ferrari, McLaren, Bugatti, Lamborghini, Pagani and Koenigsegg.

If you don’t already have this premier drag racing app installed on your mobile device, CSR Racing 2 is free to download on the App Store or on Google Play.
