Latest Assetto Corsa Competizione patch re-balances GT4 field

A hotfix for PC players not only adjusts the BoP for the GT4 class but also tweaks the set-ups of the Mercedes AMG GT3 EVO. Assetto Corsa Competizione is also 60% on Steam.

A new patch has landed for Assetto Corsa Competizione on PC, just in time for the festive period.

Hotfix 1.8.20 address two items for the official game of SRO’s GT World Challenge series.

Firstly, the aggressive set-up presets for the Mercedes AMG GT3 EVO have been revised. Secondly, the support-class GT4 field has seen changes to the Balance of Performance across the grid.

Assetto Corsa Competizione v1.8.14 update adds new liveries

As per usual, what these changes are is not public information. This particular minor update is not yet available for consoles.

Steam Winter Sale

Alongside the latest update for Kunos Simulazioni’s finest, the platform is now on sale for budding PC drivers, as part of Steam’s Winter Sale.

There’s 66 per cent off, until 5th January 2023.

That makes it a paltry £11.89 in the UK or $13.59 in the USA. The recent American Track Pack also has 10% off, the Challengers Car Pack 20% and all older pack, such as British GT and GT4, are 60% off.

One of our favourite simulators on the market, 2023 is set to be a bumper year for the platform with new GT3 and GT2 cars on the way. Get it now while it’s cheap.
