F1 25 is out now on most major platforms, including PC, PS5 and Xbox Series X|S. Codemasters’ latest F1 game is a step forward for the series, boasting improved handling, a revamped My Team mode and a new Braking Point story instalment.

However, those who subscribe to Microsoft’s game streaming service may be wondering if F1 25 is on Game Pass. Here’s what we know about F1 25’s availability on Microsoft’s subscription service.

Is F1 25 on Game Pass?

Unfortunately, F1 25 is not on Game Pass at the time of writing. This includes both PC and Xbox Game Pass tiers.

However, those who have an EA Play subscription, which is included with PC Game Pass and Xbox Game Pass Ultimate, can play a five-hour trial of F1 25 at no extra cost.

This includes full access to the game, allowing you to try modes such as Driver Career, My Team, Braking Point or the F1 Movie tie-in.

An EA Play subscription costs £5.99 per month or £35.99 per year. A standard subscription provides access to a library of EA-published games, although not from launch, unlike the Pro tier.

The F1 25 Iconic Edition is available to EA Play Pro subscribers costing £16.99 / $16.99 per month or £109.99 / $119.99 per year.

EA Play subscribers also get a 10% discount off F1 25’s full price.

When will F1 25 come to Game Pass?

F1 24 was added to Microsoft’s subscription service on 20th February this year. EA’s sports titles are often added towards the end of their lifecycle before the next annual entry is announced.

If this year’s game follows the same release pattern, we’re expecting F1 25 to arrive on Game Pass in the first quarter of 2026 at the earliest. However, EA has yet to confirm if or when F1 25 will come to Game Pass.
