When the Le Mans Virtual Series (LMVS) gets underway later this month, its opening round will take place at the as-yet-unreleased Bahrain International Circuit.
However, yesterday (1st September 2022), the championship‘s social media account posted four preview images of the track inside the platform – and in an advanced state of completion by the looks of it.
All the details are present and correct, with Bahrain’s sand-coloured run-off areas, BIC Tower and the obligatory LED-shod Ferris wheel bringing an air of immersion to the simulated example.
What is not known, however, is which circuit layouts will be included with the retail version of the track and when it will be released. Looking at previous rFactor 2 dates, the next update is expected around 7th November as part of a Q4 Content Drop.
