F1 25 marks My Team’s most significant shake-up since the mode was introduced in F1 2020. Instead of a driver/owner, you take on the role of a team principal managing a pair of drivers. This involves everything from negotiating sponsors to researching and developing new car upgrades to stay competitive.
This shift also introduces a new Fan Points progression system, which can unlock some useful perks.
What are Fan Points in F1 25?
F1 25’s Fan Points contribute to your overall Fan Rating, which represents your team’s overall success in My Team. It reflects how fans view your team and how its long-term reputation compares to rival teams.
Your Fan Rating is calculated after each race based on your performance. Every time you reach a new Fan Rating level, you will receive a one-time reward.

In the main My Team Menu, your Fan Rating level is represented as a number next to a flag in the top right of the screen under your team’s name.
Combined with your Sentiment rating, you can also unlock additional Fan Bonuses, which offer useful benefits when active. These range from earning extra corporate and sponsor income to reducing facility upgrade costs.
Your Fan Rating is affected by completing objectives in race weekends, completing Team Accolade tiers, winning a rivalry or completing Department Events or Activities.
Team Accolades can be found in the Accolades section of the Team Owner menu, with achievements ranging from reaching sponsor income targets to securing Constructor’s Championship points and completing multiple seasons.

How to track your Fan Rating in F1 25
To view your Fan Rating in more detail, go to the Team Owner section of the main My Team menu and select Fan Rating. Here, you can track progress for upcoming rewards and see how your Fan Rating compares to other teams.
