EA SPORTS WRC pre-load now available

With the imminent release of EA SPORTS WRC, Codemasters’ first ever officially licenced World Rally Championship video game, the title is now available to pre-load.

That is if you’re on PC via Steam or EA Play and on Xbox Series X|S. As of today, 23rd October 2023, those who have pre-ordered the title digitally will be able to download and install the game.

On PlayStation 5, the process begins a little closer to launch on 29th October 2023. Come the 31st October release date, you’ll be able to fly through the stages without waiting for a hefty install process.

The regular release date for those who decide to wait a little bit longer before taking the plunge is 3rd November, with digital pre-orders securing three days of early access for no additional charge. Pre-orders will also receive five VIP Rally Passes (an in-game system to unlock cosmetic-only items) and additional liveries.

During our brief hands-on preview, we were impressed by the stage design, car selection, aggressive sounds and engaging vehicle handling. We’ll have a full review of the final version ahead of launch.
