Assetto Corsa EVO’s critical third early access update, which will bring online multiplayer, was initially expected in July, but as we near the end of August, it’s here. With a small catch.
The online multiplayer and 0.3 update has launched, as of now (7 pm CEST) 25th August, in an open beta. In order to access this branch, drivers must sign up for the official Assetto Corsa email newsletter.
From there, emails will be sent out with beta code access. The beta has no end date, as it depends on the performance during the rollout.
The length of the open beta will depend on community feedback and also if there are any fixes to implement.
All of the 0.3 update will be included in the beta – that means nine new cars, two tracks, physics overalls, AI improvements, optimisations and the aforementioned online multiplayer.
To begin, this will be Kunos-curated servers only, up to 16 drivers, before server rental for leagues and customised settings will open up. Daily races are expected in the fourth update, with no current release window.

Alongside the newsletter, you can also do this:
- Right-click on Assetto Corsa EVO in your Steam Library
- Select Properties > Betas
- Enter the code: h5gUeGopJOlM5yoJlgFu
- Opt into the “multiplayer-beta” branch, and wait for a game update to install
