The SF25 and F2004 won’t be the only Ferrari Formula 1 cars in Assetto Corsa EVO.
A limited-time social media post by the game’s official accounts shows the constructors’ title-winning F1-2000 of Rubens Barrichello being scanned inside the Museo Ferrari Maranello.

Situated in the team’s home town, the exhibition features an area dedicated to F1 vehicles, with the display rotating through eight cars on a banked plinth. This can be seen in the background of the teaser video.
The tell-tale sponsor logos and driver number 4 identify the vehicle used to claim the team’s first drivers’ championship (when driven by Michael Schumacher, #3) since Jody Scheckter’s 1979 victory.
It features a V10 engine that outputs 805 hp at a staggering 17,300 rpm.

As second Ferrari F1 single-seater is also teased, but only briefly. The Traxion team considers the placement of the Fiat sponsorship logo as a hint to the 1989 640 (F1-89) driven by Nigel Mansell and Gerhard Berger, but this is far from confirmed.
The Goodyear tyres place it pre-1999.

Incidentally, there nearly was an official ‘Assetto Corsa’ F1 simulation, but the development team decided to focus on Assetto Corsa Competizione instead. Now, it seems, it is living out this prior opportunity through the EVO title.
Meanwhile, the current SF25 is expected for the platform in ‘early December’.

3D scanning clues
In the brief video, we can see Co-founder and Executive Manager of the Assetto Corsa EVO development team, Marco Massarutto, with SPEED Srl’s Co-founder Paolo Donadei inside the museum.
The latter is using a 3D scanning machine, which captures real-world objects and turns them into accurate digital data. It supports the Kunos Simulazioni development team by creating car scans, claiming “sub-millimetric precision.” It has also used the technique for models in Assetto Corsa Rally.

A further post on Instagram by SPEED Srl states:
“Cooking some new F1 vehicles for the friends at Assetto Corsa – we can’t wait to drive these in Assetto Corsa EVO.”
