After the tease and announcement of American Truck Simulator’s Road Trip mode, and the subsequent Ford Car Pack DLC, developer SCS Software has revealed more cars are coming to the popular trucking title.
The ‘RAM & Dodge Car Pack’ will bring at least four new vehicles to the game, including the RAM 1500 pickup truck. Dodge muscle is well represented, too, thanks to the old-school Charger and Challenger models (no emulating Vanishing Point, please). The inimitable Dodge Viper, with its weighty, low-revving V10, is also teased.
More details on ‘Road Trip’ and its DLC’s release date are yet to be revealed, but the Czech studio has already stated that purchasing a single DLC pack will grant players access to the new game mode.
And with console listings for ATS and sister game Euro Truck Simulator 2 appearing just this week, more players than ever should get access to SCS Software’s bold new vision for its trucking titles.
