The roll-out of Season 4 2023 teasers for iRacing continues today, 1st September, with the confirmation that the Acura ARX-06 GTP will be available as part of the upcoming update.
HPD-North American Motorsport, the team funding the development of the Acura hybrid sportscar, confirmed that the Wayne Taylor Racing with Andretti Autosport #10 entry driven by a combination of Filipe Albuquerque, Ricky Taylor, Louis Delétraz and Brendon Hartley will be available for the popular simulation platform soon.
It uses a mid-mounted 2.4-litre twin-turbo V6 in combination with an electrified drivetrain and made its debut this season. At the time of writing, the team currently leads the IMSA drivers’ championship.
This follows the news that its on-track rival, the Porsche 963, will also become available to iRacing subscribers this month and a teaser about the complete current IMSA grid back in August.
Also part of the Season 4 DLC line-up will be a 1987 NASCAR Pontiac, an updated Zandvoort and Kern County Raceway Park.
