Here’s a curveball for you, a new licensed LEGO-based driving game by 2K is set to be unveiled on 23rd March 2023.

Following a teaser video on Lego’s social media channels that outwards states the reveal date, and retweeted and replied to by the Californian video game developer, we are only days away from a reveal.

The announcement of the announcement features a seemingly fictionalised TV channel called Awesome News Network and presenter ‘Vicky Wheeler’. In the short video clip, it states that:

“Everyone, everywhere, is going crazy over the new LEGO 2K Driving game.

“Let’s go live to our interview and announcement trailer and… hold on, erm, my producer Steve is telling me ‘we’re not showing that until March 23rd…'”

Other than the faux studio setting, nothing is shown other than a frame of what looks to be a construction site featuring a ‘Construction Ends’ sign.

Little is known about the partnership between 2K – the publisher of WWE and NBA games – and the Danish brick manufacturer, but we’re looking forward to seeing more later this week.
