If you are looking to jump into the Fanatec ecosystem, or you already own some of its sim racing equipment and are after a new accessory or upgrade, then it’s 2024 Black Friday sale is the best time of year to purchase.
Here, we will explain the products on sale, the reductions and how it works – as not all discounts are not available at the same time, and could be limited in supply.
What is Fanatec Cyber Week, Black Friday, 2024?
Fanatec’s Cyber Week sale is an expansion of a traditional Black Friday sale. Instead of all offers available in one go, sim racing products are reduced across a seven day period.
When is Fanatec’s Cyber Week 2024?
Fanatec’s Cyber Week sale runs from Tuesday 26th November 2024 until Tuesday 2nd December 2024.
Japan and Australia offers will launch Day -1 (25th)
- JP: 23:00 Tokyo time (Sunday)
- AU: 01:00 Sydney time
EU and US offers will launch Day 0 (26th)
- EU: 08:00 Berlin time
- US: 02:00 NYC time
How Fanatec Cyber Week works
Not all products in Fanatec’s Black Friday Cyber Week promotion will be available at the same time.
For example, the first reduction is live from 26th November 2024. Then, the next day on the 27th, more products are added. So on and so forth until the 2nd.
Of note, if sales of a reduced product reach a limit, they will still be on sale, but without the reduction. It means if you would like to snap a deal, details below, you must be online early in the day to avoid disappointment.
You are also limited to two units, while a new Red Bull-themed F1 wheel is limited to one unit per person.
All price are excluding shipping and any potential local taxes.

UPDATE 26th November 2024
It appears this bundle has changed at the last minute. Instead of including the CSL Pedals, it is now a brand new bundle that has the ClubSport V3 pedals which are load cell, include a clutch and are made from higher-grade materials.
Consequently, the price has changed from the original advertised package, but it is still a saving over the individual purchase price.
For those with a PC or Xbox, this is a solid package, that can also be upgraded over time – such as the Boost Kit 180 for 3Nm extra peak torque from the week base, also reduced in the sale (see below).
This also includes the metal QR2 Wheel-Side quick release.
CSL DD QR2 Ready2Race WRC Bundle BF24
- Save 38% off individual pricing. $/€649.95
- Live 26th November 2024
- ClubSport Pedals V3
- CSL DD wheel base (with QR2 base side)
- CSL Elite Steering Wheel WRC
- QR2 Lite Wheel Side quick release
Boost Kit 180m for CSL DD
For those already with a Fanatec CSL DD wheel base, which can be used on PC and Xbox, this optional extra power brick boosts your peak torque from 5Nm to 8Nm.
ClubSport Static Shifter Paddles
These metal gearshift paddles mount directly to the front of a wheel base, which means they don’t turn when the wheel does. They are much larger, too, than those affected to the rear of a wheel. Those who drift, or rally, may want to add these.
They are compatible with the following devices and across PC, Xbox and PlayStation:
- CSL Elite Wheel Base V1 / V1.1 / +
- ClubSport Wheel Base V1 / V2 / V2.5
- Podium Wheel Base DD1 / DD2 / DD1 PS4
- CSL DD / Gran Turismo DD Pro Wheel Base
- All Steering Wheels / Hubs with removable paddles
ClubSport Wheel Rim GT Forza Motorsport wheel rim
If you have the Fanatec Universal Hub, ClubSport Universal Hub or Podium Hub (which you mount wheel rims onto), then this is a GT-style wheel that just so happens to be branded ‘Forza Motorsport’.
It’s made of aluminium, with a diameter of 33cm and is wrapped in genuine leather.
ClubSport Wheel Rim Classic 2 wheel rim
Another wheel for this with either a CSL Universal Hub, ClubSport Universal Hub or Podium Hub – this round wheel is meant to ape a classic race car. Ideal for some historic rFactor 2 driving, we reckon…
ClubSport Wheel Rim Flat 2 wheel rim
Once again, to use this rim you must add it to a CSL Universal Hub, ClubSport Universal Hub or Podium Hub. This diminutive, bright-red, rim is designed to be used in combination with cars that are quick to respond. In our mind, sim karters, this may be worth checking out.
ClubSport Pedals V3 inverted
This set of pedals uses a floor-mounted throttle, and ‘roof’ mounted brake and clutch pedal for a layout that is akin to most contemporary real-world race cars.
The brake pedal uses a 90kg load cell system, while contactless hall sensors are on the gas and clutch. They can be used across PC, Xbox and PlayStation.
Gran Turismo DD Pro Wheel Base + QR2 Base-Side (Type-C)
If you play Gran Turismo 7, this is the ideal mid-range steering wheel for the PlayStation 4 or 5. Well, we say ‘steering wheel’, but this is just the wheel base. So you’ll need to purchase pedals and an actual wheel.
The Gran Turismo DD Pro was the first direct drive device to work on PlayStation, and while others are now on the market, this is still one of the best.
This specific version sees the debut of Fanatec’s more recent quick release system, QR2, coming installed natively onto this base for the first time.
This is the 8Nm, with the more powerful power adaptor.
ClubSport Steering Wheel Formula Red Bull 2024
This is a new product, launching in the midst of the Black Friday/Cyber Week sale. So, it is not discounted, but it will be produced in limited quantities and restricted to one unit per customer.
If it’s like Fanatec’s prior special edition F1 wheels, it will be restricted to a limited production run (just 2024) and based upon an existing model.
We expect this to be very similar to the ClubSport Steering Wheel Formula V2.5. That means 11 buttons, 12-way multi-position switches, thumb encoders, toggles switches, LED shift lights and a small display.
But, with some Oracle Red Bull Racing branding and the Podium Advanced Paddle Module plus QR2 pre-installed.
ClubSport Shifter SQ V1.5
This is the ubiquitous dedicated Fanatec gear shifter, for PC, PlayStation and Xbox.
It can be used as a h-pattern, for classic and road car use, or switch to act like a sequential – for touring car and rally car use.
ClubSport Shifter Carbon Knobs Kit
If you pick up the ClubSport Shifter, or already own one, this kit will change the knobs from metal to actual carbon fibre.
ClubSport Handbrake V2
Another new product, and one that Traxion has tested at the recent ADAC SimRacing Expo. This replaces the v1.5, which is also reduced (to clear old stock), this handbrake is a load cell device, with adjustable preload.
It features a rubberised handle, which can be used with the cover or just bare metal. Now we know the release date and price.
Podium Steering Wheel Monte Carlo + ClubSport Handbrake V2
This is a new rally-themed bundle. The Podium Steering Wheel Monte Carlo Rally is the combination of a Sparco wheel rim, plus the button module – a setup used to win the 2022 Rallye Monte Carlo in the real-world. Only this also includes the Podium Hub and QR2 Pro (wheel side) to make it compatible for sim racing.
This is then paired with the all-new V2 Handbrake (see above)
One extra offer
With the new ‘V2’ handbrake now available (depending on when you read this article), the outgoing v1.5 handbrake is now reduced. And not necessarily as a special ‘cyber week’ offer, it’s just reduced until the final units are sold.
