Need for Speed No Limits adds A$AP Rocky’s Mercedes-Benz 190 E
The mobile Need for Speed game, No Limits, has received its first significant update of 2023, and it includes a new cop-chase game mode and an Unbound theme thanks to A$AP Rocky's Mercedes-Benz.
The star of Need for Speed Unbound, the franchise’s PC and console game, is now coming to the mobile spin-off as A$AP Rocky’s Mercedes-Benz 190 E 2.-16 Evolution II arrives in No Limits.
The latest update also adds a Pagani and a new cop-based game mode, and is available to download now for iOS and Android devices.
Takeover special event
The partnership with rapper A$AP Rocky extends further than just his car – which he owns in the real world – arriving within Need for Speed No Limits.
The ‘Takeover’ event will see you work together to build up a basic 190 E into the final stylised beast, and of course, you will be accompanied by his song ‘Palace’ in game.
A new gameplay mode is also arriving, thanks to A.L.P.H.A Bravo, where you take the role of the cops in an especially tricked-out Porsche Cayenne, making down racers. This is the first time the Interceptor mode has been playable in No Limits.
Pagani Huayra R
A new car for the Xtreme Racing Championship (XRC), the Pagani Huayra R is a track-only hypercar – you can buy its pedals for sim racing use, but clearly not applicable for No Limits – with a naturally aspirated 12-cylinder engine that howls.
There are some other changes too, such as a Black History Month paint scheme free for all players.
