2022 iRacing Season 2 Touring Car Turn Racing Challenge – Week 4 at Hockenheim | Dave Cam

It’s the fourth week of iRacing‘s 2022 Season 2, and this week, Dave Cam is giving us the lay of the land at the historic Hockenheimring. As per usual, Dave will be utilizing the Hyundai Elantra N Touring Car that will be used in the Touring Car Turn Racing Challenge official series. That series hosts the Elantra N, Audi RS 3 LMS, Honda Civic Type R and the new Hyundai Veloster N TC.

The Grand Prix layout will be used this week for the 15 minute Touring Car excursions. It features 17 corners and measures 2.84-miles / 4.57-kilometers. This is but one of the 10 possible configurations available at the venue, one of the most in the entirety of iRacing. However, this one is the most well known.

With 17 corners to teach, there are many braking zone tricks, track limit tips, and overall, the slow and methodical approach required in any Dave Cam Track Guide video. Honestly, this one is a little on the longer side, but you know Dave has got you covered with everything you need to succeed. While it’s not a place for hot laps, you’ll be ready to start hot lapping once you’re through with this guide.
