iRacing is heading back to Oulton Park for the Fanatec Global Mazda MX-5 Cup official series for 2022 Season 1 Week 10. Already having raced at this venue back in Week 5, now it’s the Fosters layout this time around.
The Fosters layout of Oulton Park is one of eight layouts available on the iRacing service and features 10 corners, most of which are the higher speed ones. Dave Cam is here again, and he’s got the details on how to master this particular version.
It should be fairly similar to the Week 5 track guide, just minus the tail section of the International course. With it a shorter distance, measuring in at 1.66-miles or 2.67-kilometers, the race lengths will be 15 laps instead of 10. With that knowledge, let Dave show you the best way to maximize your laps on the shorter circuit.
