2021 iRacing Season 4 Ferrari GT3 Challenge - Week 5, Interlagos Track Guide | Dave Cam

Welcome to 2021 iRacing Season 4 Week 5. For the Ferrari GT3 Challenge, this week brings the series to Autódromo José Carlos Pace, otherwise known as Interlagos, for the next event on the calendar.

The Interlagos Grand Prix Circuit is 2.67-miles or 4.30-kilometers on the iRacing sim. The technical track features 15 corners, and once again, we’ve got Dave Cam to take you through them all in the Ferrari 488 GT3 EVO. Once again, Dave is lapping around in his new Heusinkveld Sim Rig GT.

Dave has figured out which track markers, trees, and even Marshall huts for when to brake into the corner. How much kerb, how far before you get an off-track incident point, and where to get back on to the grass are all important inclusions in this Interlagos guide.

The slow, methodical approach is a proven method, and Interlagos may be the best track for it. There are so many places to overdrive or run off the pavement. Knowing which lines and how hard to push it for consistency are the first steps to making fast laps. Just take a step back and watch the master at work.

Dave Cam has a ton of other track guides to view as well on the Traxion channel. Be sure to check those out and leave a like on the ones that helped you the most. Don’t forget to subscribe for more Dave Cam videos and everything else we’ve got in the world of sim racing and esports.
