Last week, we reported on a short trailer regarding some upcoming USA-related DLC for Assetto Corsa Competizione. At the time, the unnamed DLC featured three tracks in the promotional footage. A date of 30th June was also shown at the end as the first notes of the US Anthem played in the background.
In some social postings on Friday, fans received a confirmation of one of the tracks along with an official name for the DLC. The upcoming pack will be named the American Track Pack DLC. The first confirmed track is Upstate New York’s Watkins Glen International.
This American Track Pack DLC won’t be Assetto Corsa Competizione’s first US tracks. Back in February 2020, the Intercontinental GT Pack DLC was released and WeatherTech Raceway Laguna Seca was included in that.
Watkins Glen is only the first track that’s been confirmed by the developers. We expect announcements at some point soon for the other two tracks featured in the promo – Circuit of the Americas and Indianapolis Motor Speedway.
