Thrustmaster is preparing to announce a new racing peripheral next week, teasing the start of “a new chapter.”
“Thrustmaster, Ferrari, 24H LE MANS and Le Mans Ultimate come together to celebrate endurance racing, performance and racing heritage. This date coincides with the real-world 24 Hours of Le Mans endurance race, where Ferrari will be looking to reclaim the championship title.
An accompanying audio clip also appears to match the engine sound of the Ferrari 499P Hypercar, which has won the 24 Hours of Le Mans for the last three consecutive years.
Thrustmaster has a long-standing partnership with Ferrari, too, having launched replicas of the SF-25, 488 GT3 and SF1000 wheels.
It also sells Ferrari-licensed products such as the T98 Ferrari 296 GTS and T80 Ferrari 488 GTB Edition, and is a technical partner for the Ferrari Esports Team.
While nothing has been confirmed yet, could it be that Thrustmaster will reveal a new wheel replica themed around the Le Mans-winning Ferrari 499P, or another themed device next week?
