The latest update for The Crew 2 comes on 8th September in the form of the second episode of Season 3. Titled ‘US Speed Tour West’, the new content is slated to drop on Wednesday for players on PC, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, Stadia, Playstation 4 and PlayStation 5.

The third season started off on the eastern side of the United States in Episode 1, but now things have shifted west for the next eight weeks. Episode 2 has a total of sixteen events, eight of which are brand new. Two events will unlock every week until the end of the season, two at a time progressively.

As far as the rest of the content, there will be new vehicles, new Motorpass, new live summits and new vanity items. On top of all of that, there’s a “new take on Time-Attack” to cover in this update as well.

NEW VEHICLES, VANITY ITEMS, MOTORPASS, TIME-ATTACK, AND LIVE SUMMITS

There will be plenty of racing and rallying to take part in on the US Speed Tour West. Events will take place between symbolic landmarks found on the west side of the states. It will be similar to how things went in the east, but some events have been formatted as Speed Tour time-attack races.

There are three new cars listed that will be available to own on 8th September via spending bucks or crew credits.

Those new cars are:

  • Mazda MX-5 NA (Street Race)
  • Chevrolet Corvette C3 (Touring Car)
  • Mazda MX-5 NA Spearhog edition (Rally Raid)

Besides the cars, there is also both a Photo Rocket and a XTREMEAIR XA42 joining the list of vehicles per the graphic above. The Ubisoft post says that more content will drop later, so stay tuned.

Motorpass has 50 new tiers of content, 16 of which will be free. LIVE summits will begin on 8th September as well. The first up is the Wild Escape LIVE Summit. A Volkswagen Beetle Racing Crew Ed. (RallyRaid) can be won as a Platinum reward during the premium LIVE Summit.

Excited for all of this new content? Let us know what you think in the comments below!
