- Holden Commodore VF and Ford Falcon FG included in PMR’s Aussie Rivals Pack
- Free DLC included alongside game’s new V2.1 update
A free new DLC has been released for Project Motor Racing today (27th July 2026), including 2013-spec Holden and Ford V8 Supercars.
The Aussie Rivals Pack includes a heavily revised version of the Ford Falcon FG originally released back in March, with the completely new-to-PMR Holden Commodore VF joining it.
2013 was a pivotal year for the Australia-based V8 Supercars championship, as bitter enemies Ford and Holden were joined by Nissan and Mercedes-Benz for 14 pulsating rounds (and Volvo also joined the party for 2014).
Built to the so-called New Generation V8 Supercar rules, the season was dominated by the Holden-powered Triple Eight Race Engineering cars of Craig Lowndes and champion Jamie Whincup, with a selection of international driving talent – including Mattias Ekström, Andy Priaulx and Marc Lieb guesting in the Enduro rounds.
Each V8 Supercar produced up to 650 bhp and was rear-wheel-drive, hopefully offering PMR players a challenging but rewarding experience behind the wheel, especially as southern hemisphere motorsport is cruelly under-represented in modern sim racing.
