New agricultural Montana content showcased for American Truck Simulator

The north western state of Montana will be arriving soon for American Truck Simulator, with a new DLC pack bringing sugar and grain farms.

The northern state of Montana will soon be available for American Truck Simulator, and the early images are looking rather sweet.

Sweet, because sugar transportation – plus a sugar processing plant – is included as part of this expansion. We didn’t make that joke, developers SCS Software did

The vast plains of the fourth-largest state by area, but the third-least densely populated, state will be a paid downloadable content pack for the popular logistics-based game, first released back in 2016.

In the new batch of images and footage, grain elevators and farms will be the mainstay of the region, alongside sugar. Expect large countryside areas, railway crossings and several idyllic towns. This is by no means a small addition.

The new pack is available to Wishlist on Steam, but the pricing and release date are yet to be announced. Meanwhile, the main title has 75 per cent off in the Steam Simfest sale.

Thus follows the recent addition of the International 9900 truck for free and the v1.44 update with drop deck trailers.
