The NASCAR Euro Series has announced a partnership with iRacing, which will see the European-based stock car championship’s spec chassis join the sim in future.

One of four officially-sanctioned international NASCAR championships, the NASCAR Euro Series employs V8 motors fitted to Team FJ-built spec chassis, which can then be re-badged as Fords, Chevrolets, Toyotas, Shadows or as stock EuroNASCAR FJs.

The EuroNASCAR V8 car features zero driving aids and uses a five-speed Samsonas sequential gearbox. The engine produces 400 bhp to the rear wheels, with the car weighing in at around 1200 Kg, which should produce some fairly lively action, especially as the Euro Series mainly visits tighter circuits.

“We’re thrilled to partner with iRacing and give our fans, drivers, and simracers the opportunity to experience the unique feel of a EuroNASCAR car,” said Jerome Galpin, President of the NASCAR Euro Series.

“This collaboration is a fantastic way to share our vision of Pure Racing with a global audience and open the door to new talents and future champions,” he continued.

“The iRacing community has been following the NASCAR Euro Series with great interest,” said Tony Gardner, iRacing president.

Garrett Lowe’s NASCAR Euro Series contender for 2025

“One of our pro esports drivers in the eNASCAR Coca-Cola iRacing Series, Garrett Lowe, made the step from sim racer to real world racer this season, debuting in the series at Valencia this past April – now all of members will be able to experience the series for themselves,” he concluded, referencing Garrett Lowe’s drive with BS+ COMPETITION and Bremotion this season.

The 2025NASCAR Euro Series features motorsport luminaries like four-time World Touring Car Champion Yvan Muller and successful sports car driver Marc Goossens, but it also has another sim racing presence thanks to Scottish driver Jack Davidson, whose pink GT Omega-branded car competes in the Pro class.
