Thrustmaster is the new primary partner of the iRacing World of Outlaws Sprint Car Series, which returns later this year for the 2023-24 season.
The iRacing World of Outlaws Thrustmaster Sprint Car Series will be run over the winter, with the full calendar still to be confirmed.
The top 15 from last season’s title race have all secured spots in the upcoming championship, but for the rest of the field, a six-round qualifying series begins later this month and ends in October. Once the pro championship begins, there will be 10 rounds and a $25,000 prize pool.
Last season, Tyler Schell took the title by just eight points ahead of Alex Bergron.
Thrustmaster is extending its iRacing-based event support, promoting its PC-only T818 direct drive wheel base. It recently supported the Firecracker 400 race.
Earlier this week, the ButtKicker-backed World of Outlaws Late Model Series wrapped, with Evan Seay taking home the title and $10,000 despite suffering a final-race wreck.
