Assetto Corsa Competizione‘s American Track Pack DLC was released on the 30th of June and we loved its authentic recreations of Watkins Glen, Circuit of the Americas (COTA) and the Indianapolis Road Course.

Although many fans were disappointed by the absence of Road America, Sebring and VIRginia International Raceway in the DLC, we still think the three tracks are excellent additions to Kunos Simulazioni’s Assetto Corsa Competizione. After all, the more tracks the better, right?

Indianapolis has proven to be particularly tricky to master, thanks to its combination of late apex medium-speed turns and taxing low-speed technical sections. Because of this, John has devised a handy track guide to help those of you struggling for consistency.

With reference points thin on the ground you’ll have to build up confidence gradually and be able to shortcut the flatter kerbs to nail the best lap time. As ever, being neat and tidy is the key to success.

Hopefully our track guide helps you find that last crucial (Brick) yard of pace…

(I’m so sorry)
