Heusinkveld launches One SC, a Simucube 3-specific steering wheel
One SC features larger screen than previous One steering wheel
Dutch sim racing hardware manufacturer Heusinkveld has revealed its latest foray into the competitive world of steering wheel production: the One SC.
Developed in association with Simucube, the One SC is the lightest steering wheel to seamlessly work with the Finnish brand’s latest range of Simucube 3 wheelbases (Sport, Pro and Ultimate).
Like the original Heusinkveld One steering wheel, the One SC minimises inertia and maximises feel thanks to its 1,060g mass, with a slightly revised design that increases the size of the Simucube-specific 4.3-inch touchscreen.
The One SC features 12 RGB backlit buttons, 11 RGB RPM LEDs, two push-button rotary encoders, two seven-way switches, two push-pull paddles and two clutch paddles, all of which are packed into a fibre-reinforced composite 270mm chassis.
Although a release date is yet to be announced, Heusinkveld will be bringing a fully functional prototype of the wheel to Sim Gaming Expo this weekend, 18th-20th September in Chicago, and it’ll be available to sample.
