The server maintenance notice published on Gran Turismo’s website reveals that the next update will land this Thursday, 29th June 2023.
During this following brief period, the online features of the game will not be available and the new game patch is expected to be deployed:
- Start: 29/06/2023 7 am BST
- End: 29/06/2023 9 am BST
During this next patch, the screaming Aston Martin Valkyrie hypercar is set to join the available car roster, alongside the Evolution III Mitsubishi Lancer and a ‘blob eye’ Subaru Impreza.
This is based upon Kazunori Yamauchi’s traditional teaser image recently shared on social media.
It follows a thrilling Olympic Esports Series race in Singapore that utilised Gran Turismo 7 and fresh weekly Daily Races and Lap Time Challenges. Any quality-of-life features for Polyphony Digital’s opus to car culture are under wraps until the fill changelog on the 29th, which we shall cover then.
