Originally set to arrive in late 2025, Gear.Club Unlimited 3 will launch on Nintendo Switch 2 on 19th February, 2026, Nacon has confirmed. Like previous entries, it will initially be a timed Nintendo exclusive, with PC, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S versions to follow later in 2026.
The announcement comes after retail listings for the Switch 2 game emerged with an unconfirmed February release date.
Pre-orders are live for the Switch 2 version. Those who pre-order will receive two exclusive bonus cars: the Honda S2000 GCU3 Edition and the BMW Z4 GCU3 Edition.

As well as three days of early access, a Deluxe Edition also features a ‘Performance Cars Pack’ DLC, which adds three vehicles: the Nissan GTR R-35 Nismo, the Nissan 370Z Nismo and the Bugatti Mistral. Also included is a Career Starter Pack, which includes 200,000 credits, three sets of 50 different resources and two engineers.
Also part of the Deluxe Edition, a Customisation Pack DLC contains three carbon-fibre bonnets for seven Japanese cars, totalling 21 pieces, and five themed neon lights. Two of these represent the colours of France and Japan, the game’s two locations.
As showcased in a new gameplay trailer, one of Gear.Club Unlimited 3’s standout features is the new Highway Mode, which sees players dodge dense traffic on a Tokyo highway for as long as possible to get the highest score. It can also be played in split-screen multiplayer, with up to two players competing head-to-head.
