After several delays, Trail Out is finally hitting PlayStation 5 this week, with the release set for 5th March.
The destruction racer’s long-awaited PS5 port was expected to release last December before being delayed to January for extra polish. However, certification issues with Sony caused a further delay.
Trail Out’s PS5 port includes four previously released DLC packs: Legendary Cars, Luxury Life, Steel Wheels and Hunt 007 Special, with additional downloadable content releasing on 10th March. Pricing details for the PS5 version have not been announced. For reference, the Xbox version costs £24.99/$29.99, while the PC version is currently £14.49/$19.99.
Developed by indie studio Good Boys and published by Crytivo, Trail Out is an unapologetic spiritual successor to FlatOut, featuring bombastic crashes, a story mode and destructible environments, with tracks laden with fences, barriers and buildings to destroy.

The destruction-focused racer features 50 cars across different classes and 50 tracks, from cities to figure-of-eight layouts and arenas.
