It’s a new week and sure enough, another Dave Cam POV of the Week is upon us. Week 11 has Dave back on iRacing for some official racing action, a combination he just couldn’t pass up.
The fixed setup edition of the Porsche iRacing Cup takes the Porsche 911 GT3 Cup (992) around the virtual world to many of the most famous Grand Prix venues out there. This week, the series makes a stop in Sao Paulo, Brazil for 17 laps around the Autódromo José Carlos Pace, better known as Interlagos.
We’re in for about 30 minutes of high intensity racing action as Dave attempts to get up the grid from the last starting spot down in 22nd. Dave is once again capturing the footage from his point of view through his mounted GoPro, where we’ll see his awesome triple monitor setup and his V-RSPG from VPG Sim rim.
Dave has been all over the sim racing map this season, completing POVs on Assetto Corsa, rFactor 2 and Automobilista 2. As per usual, there’s been plenty of iRacing on the menu. How high up the order can Dave make it… and can he keep his nose clean in the process?
