Cube Controls has revealed that its long-awaited SP01 Pedals will be available to order this month.

After a long gestation period – the prototype was first publicly shown at SimRacing Expo back in 2021 – the pedals have finally been greenlit and will join a competitive pedal market.

With a load cell brake pedal, the SP01s will likely be in direct competition with Asetek’s Forte pedals, Fanatec’s ClubSport Pedals V3 and Heusinkveld’s Sim Pedals Sprint pedal sets.

Featuring CNC machined aluminium construction throughout, the SP01s have a 200kg load cell and a carbon fibre throttle plate, with Cube Controls promising a fully-adjustable experience.

The SP01 pedals will be on sale as a two-pedal unit initially, with a separate clutch pedal available at a later date. The SP01 Pedals will be available to purchase from the 17th of March 2023, at a currently undisclosed price.

Do you think Cube Controls’ new pedals can compete with the likes of Fanatec, Asetek and Heusinkveld? Let us know in the comments below.
