Closed Beta for The Crew Motorfest starts 21st July, registration still open

While the Crew Motorfest is slated to release on 14th September, a Closed Beta on the 21st of July will give players a glimpse at the new game.

From the 21st to the 23rd of July, selected testers for The Crew Motorfest will be able to take on a preview of the open-world created of the island of O‘ahu, a part of the Hawaiian archipelago. The newest addition to The Crew franchise is set to release in full on 14th September.

On the official The Crew website, prospective players can still register now for a chance to play the Closed Beta which starts now in just over a week’s time.

A submitted registration is not a guaranteed entry, either, so do take note when filling it out that Ubisoft may not send you a code.

What the Closed Beta is set to include, well, we don’t quite know those details just yet. Whether it’s just a selected slice of the full game, a preview of a specific section is to be confirmed. What we do know is that there are no restrictions on sharing content captured during gameplay.

Players can only register for the Closed Beta on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S or on PC through Ubisoft Connect. While the game will launch on previous Gen consoles, the Beta does not look to have those included in the testing.

Good luck to those who are able to check it out starting on the 21st.
