Project Motor Racing’s car class lineup completed with Porsche 911 GT3 Cup

But, there are still more cars within the classes to be unveiled ahead of the November release date.

Not content with showcasing its ‘True2Track’ dynamic weather, time of day and surface evolution system, plus a glut of new cars and tracks, Project Motor Racing has taken the covers off a further new addition.

The Porsche 911 GT3 Cup (992) will form an in-game car class called 992 Trophy.

This completed the category roster for the upcoming sim racing title, now totalling 13 classes in the base game, plus GTE as a pre-order bonus.

The 992 Trophy will, naturally, be a single-make group, as the Cup car races in several solo championships. It will sit alongside the Porsche Carrera Cup 964, which was the first 911-based Porsche single-model race series.

The 992 Cup car is powered, as ever, by a six-cylinder boxer engine paired with a sequential gearbox.

With all the car classes and tracks confirmed, there are still several vehicles to be unveiled ahead of Project Motor Racing’s November release.
