We’re nearly at the end of the qualifying online time trial round, as the third out of four challenges is now open for the 2021 MotoGP eSport Championship.
Using the MotoGP 20 game on PC, PlayStation or Xbox, this week’s challenge is set at Silverstone, and in typically British style, it’s been raining.
If these tests weren’t difficult enough already, now you have to face a wet track. Gentle throttle and braking control will be essential.
You get to ride as Maverick Viñales and using his Monster Energy Yamaha MotoGP bike, running with the awesome bare carbon testing livery.
All you have to do is set a lap time before 17:00 GMT on the 4th April to be in contention.
After these first four online time trial events, a draft selection takes place to select the top 16 players who will then go on to compete in races held at real-life MotoGP race weekends later this year. Let us know if you’re taking part via social media.
